The Disk free space and Memory not showing on Servers for Enterprise report

Description

When accessing the Server for Enterprise Report, the Free Space and Memory are showing as N/A.

Cause

This could happen if the Distributed COM Users for Remote Access is set as Denied.

Resolution

  1. On the Site Admin machine, click Start | Run then type DCOMCNFG then OK.
  2. In the Component Services dialog box, expand Component Services | Computers then right-click My Computer | Properties
  3. In the dialog box, click on COM Security
  4. Under Access Permissions, click Edit Limits.
  5. Select Distributed COM Users | Permissions for Distributed COM Users and make sure that Allow is checked in Remote Access
